摘要

针对新能源电动汽车母排的使用环境,通过研究成膜体系树脂、主要颜填料和助剂的选择,然后进行配方优化;重点研究了不同环氧树脂、填料以及助剂对涂层性能的影响,最终研制出满足抗电压击穿和抗折弯性能要求,同时兼具耐酸、耐碱、阻燃等性能的新能源电动汽车母排涂装用绝缘粉末涂料。

Abstract

According to the application environment of new energy electric vehicle bus bar,the selection of film-forming system resin,main pigments and fillers and additives were studied,and then the formula was optimized;the influence of different epoxy resins,fillers and additives on the coating performance was mainly studied,and finally a new energy electric vehicle with anti-voltage breakdown and anti-bending performance requirements,as well as acid resistance,alkali resistance and flame retardant performance was developed Insulation powder coating for bus bar coating.
