通过采用柔性纯丙乳液、憎水空心玻珠、气凝胶、反射隔热色浆制成了一种环保型外墙保温质感涂料,讨论了树脂的选择和用量、玻珠的选择和用量、气凝胶的用量、反射隔热色浆的用量对涂膜保温性能的影响。试验证明:当20~60目玻珠用量在25.0%~30.0%、气凝胶用量在1.5%~2.0%、树脂用量控制在35.0%~40.0%、反射隔热色浆用量<2.0%时,涂膜综合性能最佳。

The environmently-friendly exterior wall thermal insulation texture coating was prepared by using of the flexible pure acrylic emulsion,hydrophobic hollow glass beads,aerogel and reflective thermal insulation color paste.The influences of the selection and dosage of glass beads,aerogel,resin and reflective insulating pigment paste on the thermal insulation performance of the film were discussed.The experiment results showed that when the dosage of 20〜60 mesh glass beads was 25.0%〜30.0%,the dosage of aerogel was 1.5%〜2.0%,the dosage of resin was 35.0%〜40.0%,and the dosage of reflective and heat-insulating color paste was no less than 2.0%,the comprehensive performance of the coating film was best.
