随着船舶运输业迅速发展,使用传统燃料的船舶废气排放引发了越来越严重的环境污染,其中硫化物是造成危害的主要污染物。船舶脱硫装置作为降低硫化物污染的有效手段被广泛应用于船舶尾气处理,但高温、强酸碱等恶劣工况及严酷的海洋环境会加速脱硫装置的腐蚀。本文通过分析船舶脱硫系统原理及腐蚀环境,探讨了防腐涂料在船舶脱硫装置中的应用前景。

With the rapid development of international trade and shipping industry,pollution caused by exhaust emissions from ships using petroleum products as fuel is becoming more and more serious,and sulfide is one of the main pollutants.Ship desulphurization equipment is widely used in exhaust gas treatment as an effective means to reduce sulfide pollution.However,high temperature,strong acid and other bad working conditions will accelerate the corrosion and aging of desulfurization.In this paper,the theory of ship desulfurization system and corrosion environment were analyzed,and the application prospect of anticorrosive coating in ship desulfurization unit was discussed from the technical point of view.
