摘要

合成了两种阴极电泳涂料,其中一种是带有噁唑烷酮结构的阴极电泳涂料,一种是常规路线合成的阴极电泳涂料。所制备带有噁唑烷酮结构的阴极电泳涂料能有效提高电泳涂膜的高温耐热黄变性和耐紫外线性,且增加了韧性,具有更好的防腐性能,涂膜外观良好,各项性能指标优异。

Abstract

Two kinds of cathodic electrophoretic coatings were synthesized.One is the cathodic electrophoretic coating with oxazolidone structure,and the other is the cathodic electrophoretic coating synthesized by conventional route.The prepared cathodic electrophoretic coating with oxazolidone structure can effectively improve the high temperature heat-resistant yellowing and UV irradiation decomposition of electrophoretic coating,increase the toughness,have better corrosion resistance,and have good appearance and excellent performance indexes.
