摘要

针对目前国内主流水性汽车面漆的涂装方式,探讨了机器人涂装设备参数及仿形轨迹等因素对涂膜外观及颜色的影响,并提出了优化参数的建议。

Abstract

In view of the current domestic mainstream waterborne automobile topcoat,the influence of robot painting equipment parameters and profile trajectory on the appearance and color of the coating film were discussed,and the optimization of the parameters were suggested.
