摘要

主要阐述了柔性异氰酸酯预聚体的合成、柔性氟碳树脂的选择、柔性氟碳面漆的制备和施工工艺。研制的柔性氟碳面漆具有优异的物理力学性能和耐紫外老化性能,在紫外线辐射环境下,仍能保持良好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,保证了整个防护层的有效运行。采用“环氧封闭漆+柔性聚氨酯中间漆+柔性氟碳面漆”防护体系,解决了处于紫外线辐射严重、冻融破坏恶劣的铁路混凝土梁及桥墩可能出现的冻胀、开裂、剥落等病害,提高了耐久性,延长了使用寿命。

Abstract

The synthesis of flexible isocyanate prepolymer,the selection of flexible fluorocarbon resin,the preparation of flexible fluorocarbon topcoat and the construction process were studied.The developed flexible fluorocarbon topcoat has excellent physical and mechanical properties and UV aging resistance.Under UV radiation environment,this topcoat can still maintain good tensile strength and break elongation,ensuring the effective operation of the entire protective layer.The use of epoxy sealer,flexible polyurethane intermediate paint and flexible fluorocarbon topcoat protection system can solve the frost heave,cracking,spalling and other diseases of the concrete beams and piers of the railway with severe UV radiation and severe freeze-thaw damage.Three protection layers can improve durability and extend service life of concrete bridges.
