摘要

主要介绍了涂装同步工程分析过程中,如何系统地分析SUV后背门在涂装车间生产中的工艺可行性,以及如何在数模阶段规避实车验证阶段中的问题,提前评估和预测工艺实施的风险。

Abstract

How to analyze the painting process feasibility about the SUV liftgate systematically,and how to avoid the validation phase problems during the digital analog phase,assess and predict the risk of process implementation in advance were introduced.
