摘要

介绍了某整车厂装焊胶的填充标准,分析了胶泡产生的根本原因,针对四门两盖区域不同的装焊胶填充状态,提出了优化胶泡的具体方法。通过试验证明,这些方法能够有效减少PVC胶泡,并能推广至其他车型进行应用。

Abstract

The standard of filling of welding sealant in a vehicle factory was introduced.The root cause of bubble was analyzed.According to the different filling state of four doors and two covers,the specific method of optimizing bubble was put forward.The experiments showed that these methods could effectively reduce PVC bubbles and could be applied to other models.
