深色漆面在点打磨过后的抛光作业很难消除抛光影的问题,随后的上光工艺增加了大量的工时、材料、人力等成本,同时若抛光影处理不到位会引发客户的感知和抱怨。针对车身深色漆面深入探讨了抛光影的形成与一步抛光法实现的可能性。

The polishing haze after spot sanding for deep color coating surface is difficult to eliminate.Meanwhile it takes tremendous time,materials and labor for the polishing process,it will inake customer’s heavily complains if the polishing haze could not be handled properly.In this paper,the reason for the polishing haze and the one-step polishing method were deeply discussed.
