摘要

为了适应航空电源产品的防护要求,提高航空电源产品表面防护性涂料质量水平,对现使用的17种防护性涂料从附着力、三防性能等方面进行了初筛、分类,然后进行了涂料在不同基材和处理方式下的附着力、耐冲击性、三防性能试验,确定了航空电源产品用涂料,并制定了选用标准和试验流程。

Abstract

In order to meet the protection requirements and improve the quality level of surface protective coatings for aviation power products,the 17 kinds of protective coatings are screened and classified from the aspects of adhesion and three proof properties.The adhesion,impact resistance and three proof performance tests of the coatings under different substrates and treatment methods were carried out.The coating for aviation power products was determined,and the selection standard and test procedure were formulated.
