摘要

研究了不同材料对混凝土的防护效果,考察了有机娃渗透剂、环氧涂料、丙烯酸涂料的耐碱性及对混凝土附着力的影响,研究了聚硅氧烷面漆、丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料、弹性丙烯酸涂料的耐溶剂性。结果表明:有机娃氧烷类渗透性防护底漆可以渗入混凝土内部,起到补强的作用,但是其并不能形成连续的保护膜,腐蚀介质仍可以渗透到混凝土的内部,引起混凝土的炭化腐蚀;溶剂型环氧涂层、丙晞酸聚氨酯涂层对混凝土可以起到封闭保护的作用,但封闭性太好,混凝土内部的气压变化会导致涂层起泡脱落,从而引起混凝土的腐蚀炭化;水性弹性丙烯酸涂层断裂伸长率高达800%,对于物理、化学破坏引起的开裂等问题仍具有很好的封闭保护作用,可达到涂层屏蔽性及呼吸性能的平衡,具有优异的混凝土防腐性能。

Abstract

In this experiment,the protective effect of different materials on concrete were studied,the alkalinity resistance of silicone penetrant,epoxy coating,acrylic coating and its influence on the adhesion of concrete were investigated,and the solvent resistance of polysiloxane topcoat,propylene polyacrylic coating and elastic acrylic coating were studied.The results show that the organosiloxane permeable protective primer can penetrate into the concrete interior and play a reinforcing role,but it can not form a continuous protective film.The corrosive media can still penetrate into the concrete interior and cause the carbonization corrosion of concrete.Solvent based epoxy coating,acrylic coating on concrete can play a role in sealing protection,but sealing is too good,concrete internal pressure changes will lead to coating foam off,resulting in concrete corrosion carbonization;The waterborne elastic acrylic coating has an elongation of up to 800%at break.It still has a good sealing and protection effect on cracking caused by physical damage and chemical damage.It can achieve the balance of shielding and respiratory performance of the coating,and has excellent anti-corrosion performance of concrete.
