摘要

以硅树脂为成膜物,石英粉为主要填料制备有机硅耐高温涂料,探讨了石英粉的添加量对涂料耐热性、柔初性、附着力等性能的影响。结果表明:石英粉的加入有效提高硅树脂的耐热性,通过对漆膜测试得到的性能结果,确定出最佳的耐高温涂料改性配方。漆膜的测试结果为:耐热温度为550℃、附着力1级、柔初性1 mm、铅笔硬度5H,原子力显微镜照片显示漆膜厚度均勾,填料在漆膜中的分布和分散情况良好。

Abstract

Silicone high-temperature resistant coating was prepared with silicone resin as film-forming material and natural fine quartz as main filler.The effects of natural fine quartz content on heat resistance,flexibility and adhesion of coatings were studied.The result showed that the addition of natural fine quartz improved the heat resistance of silicone resin.The modified formula of the best high temperature resistance coating was determined.Coating performance tested results showed that the heating-resistant temperature was 550℃,the flexibility was 1 mm,the attached force level was 1 and the pencil-hardness test was 5H.AFM photo showed that the coating thickness was uniformity,the distribution of fillers was good and dispersed.
