摘要

使用胶黏剂制作标准试验样板及模拟结构样件,进行紫外老化、高低温交变老化测试,分析并计算5种黏接剂在埃及运营环境下的性能。试验数据显示:mS7008、IRS7003、Sikaflex-268胶黏剂具有较好的抗紫外、高低温交变老化能力,并且拉伸强度、180°剥离强度、剪切强度、断裂伸长率等指标也较优,能满足极端恶劣环境下服役工况需求。

Abstract

Standard test samples and simulated structure samples were made using adhesives to conduct ultraviolet aging and high and low temperature alternating aging tests,and to analyze and calculate the performance of five adhesives in Egypt.Test data showed that the IRS7008,IRS7003 and Sikaflex-268 adhesive had a good resistance to ultraviolet,high and low temperature alternating aging ability.Moreover,the tensile strength,180°stripping strength,shear strength,fracture elongation and other indicators were also excellent,which could meet the needs of service conditions in extremely harsh environments.
