摘要

通过分析涂装车间天然气使用流向,运用整体系统思维和局部模块思维,从提高烘干炉的天燃气利用率、冬季降低涂装室的设定温度、分车型降低烘干炉的设定温度3个方面改善了能源浪费问题,实现削减涂装车间天然气用量。

Abstract

The flow of natural gas used in painting workshop was analyzed,and overall system thinking and local module thinking were used to reduce the consumption of natural gas in painting workshop by improving the utilization rate of natural gas in drying furnace,reducing the set temperature of coating room in winter,and reducing the set temperature of drying furnace by vehicle type.
