摘要

磷化作为涂装前处理工艺的重要工序,用来提高涂层的附着力和耐腐蚀性。槽内磷化液的流动,会对磷化膜产生影响,磷化槽的搅拌管需要合理排布,尽可能消除槽内流速较低区域。采用计算流体力学来研究和对比3种磷化槽内流体流动,借此合理设计搅拌管的位置。

Abstract

Phosphating is an important process in the pretreatment process for coating to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.The flow of the phosphating solution in the tank will have an impact on the phosphating film.The stirring tubes of the phosphating tank need to be arranged reasonably to eliminate areas with low flow rates in the tank as much as possible.The fluid flow in three phosphating tanks was studied and compared by CFD,so as to design the position of the stirring tube reasonably.
