摘要

介绍了一种对环境友好的无溶剂环氧通用底漆,该底漆可直接在残留有少量锈、水、油污等杂质的基材表面上进行涂装。研究表明:该涂料在带锈、带湿、带油以及带旧有涂层的底材表面上具有良好的附着力,而且涂层的耐介质性能优异,防腐性能具有长效性。

Abstract

An environmently-friendly solvent-free epoxy general primer was introduced,which can be applied directly on the surface of substrate with a small amount of rust,water,grease and other impurities.The test showed that the developed coating not only had good adhesion to the substrate surface with rust,moisture,grease and old coating,but also had excellent medium resistance and long-term corrosion resistance.
