通过对外板喷涂参数收集、整理、分析,研究喷涂参数与机器人喷涂扇幅、喷涂速度、重叠率、涂料固体含量之间的关系,总结出外板喷涂机器人喷涂参数的设定规律,以便在工艺调试阶段快速应用,减少调试时间。

Through collecting,sorting out and analyzing the spraying parameters of external plates,the spraying parameters and the fan width,spraying speed and overlap rate of robot,the relationship between paint solid contents were studied,and the setting rules of spraying parameters of the outer plate spraying robot were summarized,so as to be applied quickly in the process debugging stage,to reduce debugging time.
