摘要

介绍了电泳漆膜粗糙问题的解决方法,分析了电泳、磷化槽体工艺参数,找出了磷化含渣量偏高要因,从工艺管理和设备改造的角度制定了相应措施,从根源上解决了电泳漆膜粗糙问题。

Abstract

The solution of bulk electrophoresis paint film roughness in light truck body was introduced.The process parameters of electrophoresis and phosphating tank were analyzed and the reason of high phosphating slag content was found out.From the point of view of process management and equipment transformation,the corresponding measures were formulated to solve the problem of rough electrophoresis paint film from the root.
