摘要

首先介绍了防错技术的基本概念和原理,通过对人为差错成因的分析,提出建立健全防错管理系统的必要性。并基于“人、机、料、法、环、测”变化点策划防错管理系统,落地实施“辨错、治错、防错”改进循环,完善生产过程工艺管理,优化质量控制,提升质量输出,最后进行经典防错案例展示。

Abstract

Firstly,the basic concept and principle of error—proof was introduced.Through the analysis of the causes of human error,the necessity of establishing and perfect the errorerror-proof management system was proposed.Secondly,based on the variation point such as man,machine,material,method and environment,the error-proof management system was planed,and the improvement cycle of"distinguish,treat and prevent mistakes"was implemented,the process management of production process was improved,the quality control and quality output were optimized.Finally,the classic cases of the error-proof management system was showed.
