摘要

通过对水性双组分聚氨酯黄色面漆进行试验,探索出其喷涂施工的绿色区间,研究了水性羟基丙烯酸树脂与水性羟基醇酸树脂质量比、固化剂用量、漆膜厚度和干燥时间对漆膜硬度的影响,最终得到满足轨道交通保护要求的漆膜。

Abstract

By testing the water-based two-component polyurethane yellow finish,the environmentally-friendly region of spraying construction was explored,the ratio of aqueous hydroxy acrylic resin to aqueous hydroxy alkacid resin quality,dosage of curing agent,paint film thickness and drying time on paint film hardness were studied,and finally the paint film that meet the requirements of rail transit protection was got.
