Firstly,the close cooperation between paint shop,material suppliers and equipment suppliers were discussed,and the deep integration of process and intelligent by implementing of simplified process and combined process were realized.Secondly,from the perspective of intelligent development of painting equipment,it was discussed from the development of human-machine interaction to point interconnection and the application of visual technology,to promote the fully intelligent concept from new product introduction to process control.Finally,the intelligent preparation was analyzed from process layout and standardization during planning.
