摘要

主要探讨了在涂装过程中涂膜经过高温超时烘烤后出现的问题及机理,通过试验验证,发现涂膜性能加速老化与涂膜经过高温超时烘烤有较大关系.

Abstract

The problems and analysis of the paint film after high temperature and overtime baking in thepainting process were discussed.It was verified through a series of tests that the accelerated aging of thepaint film property was related to the paint film over-baking at high temperature.
