摘要

在汽车制造涂装车间,车身表面擦净是喷涂工艺中不可缺少的环节.在简要介绍现有擦净技术的基础上,分析了剑刷擦净的工作原理和技术特点,针对具体应用,介绍了剑刷擦净机器人工艺的擦净方法,并计算了单工位的擦净时间和工艺节拍.

Abstract

ln painting shop of automotive manufacturing plants,car body surface cleaning is an essentialprocess.On the basis of briefly introducing the existing cleaning technology,the working principle andtechnical characteristics of sword brush cleaning were analyzed.For the specific application,the cleaningmethod of the sword brush cleaning robot was introduced,and the cleaning time and process beat of thesingle station were calculated.
