闪烈黄具有高彩度、高颜基比、低遮盖力等特性,在导入时出现了一些典型问题:在D65/10光源和A/10光源下同色异谱明显,再涂附着力不佳导致再涂涂层脱落,内装漆薄、流挂施工困难.针对这3个问题,系统分析了产生原因,并分别提出了针对性措施.综合调整涂料配方和施工参数后,不良问题消除,且施工品质稳定.

The bright yellow color has some properties such as high saturation,high pigmentbinder ratio andpoor hiding power,so three typical problems are found during the import process.For instant,the metamericphenomenon is obvious between D65/10 light source and A/10 light source.Meanwhile the recoating film hasthe risk of peeling off caused by low adhesive force,and it is difficult to balance thin paint and sagging due topoor application property.For these three problems,the causes were analyzed and targeted measures wereproposed.Finally,the above-mentioned typical problems were eliminated through the implementation ofcomprehensive strategies including adjusting paint materials and optimizing construction parameters,and thequality returned stability simultaneously.
