摘要

车身在电泳调试过程中,发盖电泳漆膜出现针孔缺陷,通过降低槽液中的灰分、提高槽液溶剂含量,对车身前部与后部电泳电压进行调整,发盖漆膜针孔缺陷得到了改善.

Abstract

In the process of electrophoresis debugging.ectrophoretic coating of engine cover appeared pinholedefect.By reducing the ash,improving solvent content in the bath and revising the electrophoresis voltage,pinhole defect of engine cover has improved.
