摘要

利用PTA残渣改性醇酸树脂,通过树脂用量的选择,颜填料、助剂等的筛选和用量的确定,制备的产品符合GB/T 25251-2010《醇酸树脂涂料》中底漆和调和漆的各项指标,和原有产品相比,干燥时间短、光泽高、VOC含量低、固体分高、成本降低.

Abstract

This project uses PTA residue to modify alkyd resin,through the selection of resin dosage,colorfller,auxiliary agent screening and determination of dosage.The new product conforms to the specificationsof primers and blends in GB/T 25251-2010 Alkyd Resin Puint.Compared to the original product,shortdrying,high gloss,low VOC content,high solid content,cost reduction.
