摘要

针对目前喷漆循环水系统中漆渣含水率高、上浮不完全、易堵塞设备管道等问题,对喷漆循环水工艺进行优化,降低漆渣对环境的影响,提升喷涂企业生产效率,并对除渣净化工艺的关键系统做了研究。结果表明,除渣净化工艺具有操作使用方便、除渣效率高、经济成本低等特点,符合喷涂行业的需求和环保要求。

Abstract

In view of the problems of high moisture content of paint slag,incomplete floating and easy to block the equipment pipeline in the spray painting circulating water system,the spray painting circulating water process is optimized,which reduces the impact of paint slag on the environment,improves the production efficiency of spray painting enterprises,and studies the key system of slag removal and purification process.The results show that the slag removal purification process has the characteristics of convenient operation and use,high slag removal efficiency,and low economic cost,which meets the needs and requirements of the spray industry.
