摘要

主要围绕轻卡驾驶室涂装生产线工艺规划、工艺设计过程中涂装工艺技术路线选择、多种轻卡驾驶室车型柔性共线输送技术、多种轻卡驾驶室车型柔性自动涂胶技术、超柔性轻卡驾驶室内外表面自动喷涂技术、节能减排涂装工艺装备技术等几个方面,从绿色柔性涂装工艺设计的角度进行技术探讨。

Abstract

This article mainly around the light truck cab coating coating process in the process of planning and design of the production line technique route selection,water-based B1 B2 and water-based Monocoat flexible collinear,a variety of light truck models of flexible collinear conveying technology,a variety of light truck vehicles flexible automatic coating technology,super flexible light trucks automatic spray technology,internal and external surface coating process and equipment technology from several aspects such as energy saving and emission reduction from the angle of environmental protection flexible design were discussed.
