摘要
涂装线一般根据公式"单位面积涂料耗量=漆膜厚度×漆膜干膜密度÷涂着效率÷涂料固体分"进行不同供应商的涂料耗量及成本对比。其中,干膜密度由涂料供应商根据经验公式对漆膜干膜密度进行理论计算后提供给主机厂,但常发生不同厂家的理论计算结果偏差较大问题。本文根据液体中悬浮固体物体的密度与液体密度一致的原理,配制出使漆膜干膜悬浮的不同密度液体,提供了可在生产现场实施的漆膜干膜密度测量方法。
Abstract
The coating line generally compares the coating consumption and cost of different suppliers according to the formula "coating consumption per unit area=coating film thickness multiplied by the density of the dry coating film and divided by the coating efficiency and divided by coating solid fraction".Among them,the density of the dry coating film is calculated theoretically by the coating supplier according to the empirical formula and then provided to the factory,but the theoretical calculation results of different coating suppliers often deviate greatly.In this paper,according to the principle of the density of suspended solids in liquid is the same as that of liquid,we provide a method for measuring the density of dry film for production site implementation.
