摘要

泳透性分析是涂装SE工作的关键内容之一。利用仿真软件对特定的汽车零部件开设不同的电泳结构,对比各方案的计算结果,总结出电泳孔孔径大小、数量和排布形式对泳透性的影响规律,从涂装SE应用分析工作角度出发,将仿真计算结果总结形成标准和要求,以期对后续新车型的电泳孔设定和涂装SE分析工作有一定参考意义。

Abstract

The analysis of throwing power is one of the key techniques in coating simultaneous engineering(SE).The simulation software is used to set up different electrophoresis structure for special Automobile components,and compare the calculations.The effect of electrophoresis hole size,number and arrangement form for throwing power is summarized.The simulation results is summarized on standards and requirements from the view of coating SE analysis,and provided some reference and suggestion on the electrophoresis hole setting and coating SE analyzing for new models.
