摘要

从一架某型飞机雷达罩涂漆时出现针孔缺陷入手,分析缺陷产生的原因,提出解决办法,制定纠正预防措施,结合生产实际并汲取经验教训,着重阐述了飞机雷达罩涂漆过程中应注意的细节处理。

Abstract

Starting with the pinhole defects in the painting of an aircraft’s radome,this paper analyzes the causes of the defect,puts forward the solutions,and formulates the corrective measures and precautions.Moreover,with the production practice and lessons learned before,this paper lays stress on the importance of the detailed treatment that should be paid attention to in the painting of aircraft radome combined.
