摘要

新建涂装车间电泳投槽熟化后,泳涂车身出现缩孔质量缺陷。通过现场试验和原因分析,确定是由于液态生料带导致缩孔产生。采用硅酮循环过滤、增加材料灰分、添加巴斯夫抗缩孔助剂3种方案解决了缩孔缺陷。

Abstract

In the newly built coating workshop,after the electrophoretic casting tank ripening,the shrinkage cavity quality defect appeared in the swimming coating body.Through field test and cause analysis,it is determined that the shrinkage is caused by the liquid raw meal belt.We adopt three solutions to solve the defect of shrinkage cavity:silicone circulating filtration,increasing ash content of materials,adding BASF antishrinkage cavity agent.
