主要针对某次汽车应用免中涂工艺后前门出现漆膜外观水波纹的问题进行研究,通过对电泳后及面漆后外观数据的分析,并依据对车门钢板剪切方向的排查结果,确定是由于车门材料及布料方式不同导致漆膜外观不良,为提升免中涂外观漆膜效果提供了指导及建议。

This paper discusses the problem of water ripple on the surface of the front door paint film under the process of free Inter-coating.Through the analysis of the appearance data of the paint and the investigation results of the shearing direction of the steel plate of the front door of the automobile,it is determined that the door material and fabric formation have caused poor appearance of the paint film,providing guidance and advice for the problem.
