轨道车辆的涂层质量往往表现在涂层外观、丰满度、耐老化性、附着力等方面,决定这一结果的因素除油漆种类的选择和涂装工艺规范外,还受到现场作业环境诸多不确定因素影响,尤其在涂装过程中,对于现场管理的要求相对较高,如果其中任何一个环节出现纰漏,将直接对涂层的质量造成影响。因此,本文着重对轨道车体涂装作业现场管理工作进行讨论,为后续作业提供一些参考。

The coating quality of rail vehicles is often shown in the aspects of coating appearance,richness,aging resistance,adhesion,etc.The factors that determine this outcome are not only the selection of paint types and coating process specifications,but also affected by many uncertainties of the site operating environment.Especially in the coating process,the on-site management requirements are relatively high,if any one of the links appear careless,will directly affect the quality of the coating.Therefore,this paper focuses on the on-site management of the rail vehicle body coating operation,and provides some references for the follow-up work.
