摘要

针对航空工装设备的防护,选择以附着力突出及防腐蚀性能优异的水性环氧树脂涂料为底漆、以强耐磨性及持久耐候性的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料为面漆组成航空工装设备用水性防护涂料体系。本研究提出了防护涂层体系的设计思路,采用高分子环氧树脂分散体为基料树脂制备了防护涂料体系单组分底漆;以高羟基含量的水性丙烯酸树脂分散体、有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯固化剂为基料树脂制备了防护涂料体系双组分面漆,引入了水性醛酮树脂;完成涂料体系施工性能研究以及涂层性能测试。制备的水性防护涂料体系满足现场实际施工工况,适用于铝合金、碳钢等基材,具有附着力突出、高光泽以及防护性能持久等特点。

Abstract

Aiming at the protection of aviation equipment, the waterborne protective coating system for aviation equipment is composed of waterborne epoxy resin coating with outstanding adhesion and excellent anti-corrosion performance as primer and acrylic polyurethane coating with strong abrasion resistance and durable weather resistance as topcoat. In this study, the design idea of protective coating system was put forward. The one-component primer of protective coating system was prepared by using polymer epoxy resin dispersion as base material resin. The two-component finish coating for protective coating system was prepared using waterborne acrylic resin dispersion with high hydroxyl content and waterborne polyurethane curing agent modified by organic silicon as base resin. The coating system construction performance research and coating performance test were finished. The waterborne protective coating can meet the actual construction conditions, and is suitable for aluminum alloy, carbon steel and other substrates. It has the characteristics of outstanding adhesion,high gloss and durable protection performance.
