摘要

通过调节涂料施工性能、管线挤涂速度等工艺参数,优化施工工艺与涂料本身的契合度,将材料黏度、流挂性、挤涂速度控制在一定范围内时,可解决作业时焊缝背部存在的涂覆漏点问题,从根源上解决了油田埋地长输管线由于点蚀造成的泄露事件,从而提高石油管线的服役寿命,在一定程度上降低了埋地管线维修费用与运行成本,对石油化工行业的积极发展具有良好的促进作用。

Abstract

By adjusting the coating construction performance and process parameters, optimizing the fit of the construction technology and coating itself, determining the material viscosity, sag, spray speed control within a certain range, the oilfield buried long-distance pipeline leak caused by pitting corrosion was solved. Thus, the service life of petroleum pipeline was improved, the maintenance cost and operation cost of buried pipeline were reduced to a certain extent, and the positive development of petrochemical industry has a good promotion effect.
