摘要

液体喷涂涂料利用率的提升是涂装行业最重要的课题之一。本文对液体喷涂涂料利用率提升的路径进行探讨,并分析近年新发展的几种利用率提升技术,尤其是静电场喷涂和印刷喷涂两种最新技术,指出了液体喷涂涂料利用率提升的方向和注意事项。

Abstract

The improvement of the utilization rate of liquid spray coatings is one of the most important topics in the coating industry.the path of improving the utilization rate of liquid spray coatings was discussed.Several new utilization improvement technologies developed in recent years were analyzed,especially the two latest technologies of electrostatic field spraying and printing spraying.The direction and precautions for improving the utilization rate of liquid spray coatings were refined.
