摘要

以一款轿车的曜石黑外观优化为例,对乘用车B1B2工艺涂层橘皮成因进行阐述并提出优化方案。采用接触角模型、正弦波模型、贝纳德旋涡原理分别对涂膜铺展过程、流平初期、流平中后期的橘皮成因进行分析说明。

Abstract

Taking the optimization of the appearance of obsidian black coating car as an example,the causes of the orange peel for passenger car B1B2 process was explained and an optimization scheme was proposed.The contact angle model,sine wave model,and Bernard vortex principle were used to analyze and explain the causes of orange peel in the coating film spreading process,the early stage of leveling,and the middle and late stage of leveling.
