基于当前船舶涂装行业的相关现行标准,对船舶涂装标准化发展的基本现状进行了描述,并深入探究了当前船舶涂装行业在标准制定和涂装标准化进程中存在的不足和问题,提出要在标准化的基础上,进一步开展数字化研究,并阐明了船舶数字化发展的必要性、适用性和部分实例。借助数字化技术的优势,助力中国从造船大国转变为造船强国。

Focusing on the shipbuilding and painting industry,the current condition about the standardization development of ship painting was illustrated,and then some related problems and shortcomings among the process of standard formulation were explored.Furtherly,digital researches should be put more emphasis because of its many advantages for the standardization process of shipbuilding and painting industry.The necessity,applicability and some examples of ship digital development were also clarified.Based on some application examples,it can be seen that our country will change from a shipbuilding leader to a great shipbuilding power with the help of advanced digital technologies.
