By analyzing the causes of the shrink hole in the electrophoresis window frame,the main causes of shrinkage cavity of electrophoretic oil-water mixture caused by boiling during baking were discussed.The oil shrinkage hole was eradicated by selecting the oil product,managing the stock,adjusting the oven and so on.
