摘要

对一次新车型开发调试过程中的行李箱盖电泳气室问题进行分析,针对气室产生原理,从产品结构、输送形式、不同工装状态等进行优化,为气室问题解决提供一些思路。

Abstract

The problem of electrophoresis air chamber in truck lid during the development and commissioning of a new model were analyzed.Aiming at the principle of air chamber,the product structure,transportation form and different tooling states were optimized,so as to provide some ideas for solving the problem of air chamber.
