摘要

本文将正交试验法引入聚合物乳液防水涂料的配方优化中,以求减少试验次数,获取最佳配方。将防水涂料的吸水率、拉伸强度和断裂延伸率作为试验的考察点,以乳液的品牌、乳液和填料的比例、绢云母粉的的质量分数为主要因素变量,进行正交试验优化,以期得到性能更加优异的涂料配方。结果表明:运用正交试验法优化得到的涂料配方满足JC/T864—2008《聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料》标准的要求,所得配方的吸水率、拉伸强度和断裂延伸率分别为14.76%、1.63 MPa、336.57%。

Abstract

The orthogonal experiment method was introduced into the formulation optimization of polymer lotion waterproof coating in order to reduce the number of experiments and obtain the best formulation. The water absorption, tensile strength and elongation at break of the waterproof coating were taken as the investigation points of the experiment, and the orthogonal test was carried out with the brand of lotion, the proportion of lotion and filler, and the mass fraction of sericite powder as the main factor variables, so as to obtain a coating formula with better performance. The results showed that the coating formulation optimized by the orthogonal test method met the standard of JC/T 864—2008 Polymer Lotion Building Waterproof Coating. The water absorption was 14.76%, the tensile strength was 1.63 MPa, and the elongation at break was 336.57%.
