摘要

主要介绍了汽车车身涂装过程中水性色漆针孔产生的原因和影响因素,对某乘用车涂装车间发生的车身外表面针孔问题进行分析及排查验证,锁定主要影响因素,并制定解决方案,最终改善喷涂质量。

Abstract

The causes and influencing factors of water-based color paint pinholes in the process of automobile body coating were introduced.the pinholes on the outer surface of the passenger car coating workshop were analyzed,investigated and verified,so as to formulate solutions,and finally the coating quality was improved.
