摘要

在烤炉长期运行及不断老旧化更新过程中,陆续出现了几种典型的品质不良,电泳异色、上涂结皮黄渣和白颜色黄相波动超出标准。本文基于热风式烤炉工作原理,系统分析了上述问题的形成原因,进而通过降低温度设定、使用专用烤炉擦拭剂擦拭消除电泳异色,通过调整上涂烤炉风平衡、优化排风设置改善结皮黄渣,封堵对接密封漏点、完善PID参数匹配,控制白颜色黄相处于标准允许范围内。

Abstract

In the process of long-term production and old devices replacement, some typical problems continue to appear because of oven factor, such as ED particle with yellowish-brown color, yellow crust from topcoat oven and color values fluctuation for white color. Based on the working principle of hot-air oven, the causes of the above problems were analyzed, and targeted solutions were pointed out. The first, adjusting the temperature setting and using a special chemical agent to wipe ED oven could eliminate the ED particle with yellowish-brown color. The second, balancing hot air for each area and optimizing exhaust system of topcoat oven could cut down yellow crust effectively. The last, sealing leak point between abutting joint and matching PID parameters to the topcoat oven could make sure that the hue of white color would be in standard permission scope.
