通过对车架涂装生产线的热轧钢板涂膜性能研究,比较了薄膜前处理工艺与传统磷化工艺分别配套底面合一阴极电泳涂料的各项性能,并针对车架线涂装的热轧钢板研究薄膜前处理对其耐腐蚀性能的影响,结果表明薄膜前处理工艺可满足车架“线底面合一”阴极电泳配套的技术要求。

Based on the painting perform ance of hot rolled steel plate in fram epainting production line, the perform ance of film pretreatm ent process and traditional phosphorization process com bined with “primer-topcoat in one” cathodic electrodeposition coating was com pared, and the effects on its corrosion resistance were researched. The results showed that the film pretreatment process could meet the technical requirem ents of “primer-topcoat in one” cathodic electrodeposition coating.
