针对传统人工电弧喷涂的现状,为改善工人施工环境,进行电弧喷涂机器人的研究和应用,目前已在深中通道中山大桥项目的外表面涂装施工中实现了电弧喷涂机器人自动施工。

In view of the present situation of traditional artificial arc spraying, the research and application of ARC spraying robot were carried out in order to im prove the work ing environm ent. At present, the autom atic construction of ARC spraying robot has been realized in the outer surface painting of Zhongshan Bridge Project.
