摘要

以太平湖大桥为例,基于全寿命周期成本管理理念,做好桥梁钢结构防腐涂装养护维修设计的科学性、可靠性,保证本项目的社会、经济及环保效益,对其关键技术基体处理清洁度等级、底漆、面漆以及施工工装进行对比试验研究,优选采用水射流喷砂工艺、人工和动力工具打磨清洁度St3级、环氧富辞底漆和聚硅氧烷面漆,明确了施工过程中工程质量、安全、环保等作业控制要点,应用取得了积极效果。

Abstract

Take the Taiping Lake Bridge as an example,based on the life-cycle cost management concept,the scientific and reliable anti-corrosion coating maintenance and repair design of the steel structure of the Taiping Lake Bridge will be ensured to ensure the social,economic and environmental benefits of the project,and the cleanliness level and bottom of the key technology substrate paint,topcoat and construction tooling are compared and tested.The water jet blasting process,artificial and power tools are preferably used to polish the cleanliness level of St3.The epoxy zinc-rich primer and polysiloxane topcoat are selected to clarify the construction process key points of operation control for project quality,safety,and environmental protection,engineering application has achieved positive results.
