摘要

在湿热环境下,处于密闭结构中的零部件容易产生起泡现象。本文通过油漆及工艺优选,选出丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆和氟聚氨酯面漆涂层体系及“温碰湿”涂装工艺,有效解决了湿热环境条件下油漆起泡的难题。

Abstract

In the hot humid environment,parts in a closed structure are easily arise bubbles.In this paper,through optimization of the paint and process,select coating system of acrylic polyurethane primer and fluorinated polyurethane paint,using"wet on wet"coating process,the problem of bubbles on paint in humid and hot environment was solved effectively.
