涂装线在汽车制造和工程机械制造工艺中是连接焊接线和总装线的枢纽,也是给产品提供漂亮外观效果的一个工序。涂装线设备较多,因此能耗也较大,约在整个工艺中占比55%,尤其是环保要求越来越严,涂装线工艺改进采用了水性漆或废气处理设备,在原有基础上又增加了一部分能耗,因此涂装线的均衡化生产显得更为重要。
