摘要

为了降低国内现有汽车厂的能源消耗,本文介绍了涂装车间对于工艺流程的优化方案(取消密封肢烘干炉工艺),着重介绍了取消烘干炉后对工艺和设备的影响及能耗分析,详细介绍了烘炉取消后的一些问题及解决方案,对工厂节能减排提供方向,同时减少CO_(2)的排放。

Abstract

In order to reduce the energy consumption of the existing domestic automobile factories,this paper introduces the optimization scheme of the coating workshop for the process flow,and focuses on the impact of the cancellation of the drying furnace on the process and equipment and energy consumption analysis,introduced in detail some problems and solutions after the cancellation of the oven;provided direction for energy conservation and emission reduction of the factory,and reduced C0_(2) emissions at the same time.
